Allure Painting can paint a range of exterior surfaces, including brick, rendered walls, timber cladding, weatherboards, trims, gutters, eaves, fences and garage door panels. We’ll assess the surfaces and confirm what’s included in your quote.
Can you repaint an exterior that is peeling or faded?
Often, yes. The existing paint needs to be assessed first so the right preparation can be planned. Depending on its condition, this may include cleaning, sanding and patching before the new coating is applied.
Why does exterior painting need thorough preparation?
Exterior surfaces face sun, rain, wind and everyday exposure. Cleaning and preparing them properly helps the new paint bond to the surface and gives the finish a better chance of lasting.
Do you use different paint for different exterior surfaces?
The right coating depends on the surface and the conditions it faces. We’ll consider the material and its condition when recommending a suitable paint system for your project.
Can you paint the exterior of my home a different colour?
