What parts of a new home can you paint?
At Allure Painting Services, we can paint walls, ceilings, doors, frames, trims and feature areas. We’ll confirm the surfaces included in your project when we assess the scope.
When should painting be scheduled during a new build?
Painting is usually planned toward the finishing stage, once the relevant surfaces are ready. We can discuss timing with you or your builder so the work fits into the project schedule.
Can you work with my builder or project manager?
Allure Painting can discuss the scope, access and timing with the people managing your build, helping coordinate the painting work with the rest of the project.
How do you get a consistent finish throughout a new home?
We prepare each surface and apply the paint with care, paying attention to how rooms and details look together. This includes areas such as walls, ceilings, doors, frames and trims. We do this by using high quality paints, high quality applicators along with some of the best, most experienced painters in Perth.
We also ensure the correct base coat is used on the right surfaces. This is one of the common mistakes that a lot of painters make – especially right up by the top of the wall near the skirting boards, which is why you often see paint peeling happening in these areas.
Can you paint feature areas as well as the main rooms?
Yes. Feature areas can be included in the project. Let us know what you have in mind so we can confirm the scope and include it in your quote.
What if a surface needs extra preparation before it’s painted?
We’ll assess the surfaces before work begins and explain what preparation is needed. Even in new homes, there are often imperfections and scuffs caused by other trades moving through the house after the plastering has been completed. We take care of all of these imperfections to ensure a high-quality finish throughout the home.
Is new home painting covered by a guarantee?
Allure Painting offers a 10-year guarantee on its painting work. We can explain how the guarantee applies to the surfaces and work included in your project when we prepare your quote.
